The first part of the system incorporates a Transvac Steam Jet Heater that heats pressurised demineralised water to the desired outlet temperature. The second part of the system incorporates a Transvac Liquid Jet Pump that entrains and mixes chemicals with the demineralised water and discharges the solution to the spray cleaning ball.
In operation Jet Heater injects hygienic steam at high velocity into the cool water raising its temperature almost instantaneously to the desired temperature. Transvac Heaters are custom designed to suit the process conditions and perform the heating operation silently.

The Liquid Jet Pump uses pressure energy from the heated demineralised water to entrain acid or alkali chemicals (typically phosphoric acid and potassium hydroxide) direct from chemical containers. The chemicals and water are thoroughly mixed within the unit and the resulting solution is discharged at pressure to the spray cleaning ball. One or two chemical port designs are available

Construction
Standard materials of construction are 316 stainless steel. All welds are ground smooth and polished to a sateen or specified finish. Designs comply with the latest European standards and units are CE marked where applicable.
Liquid connections are typically Tri-clamp, RJT, IDF or ISS. Steam connections are usually flanged with a flush connection sometimes incorporated.
